By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these,
then you should contact one of our customer service advisors customer.services@kennethturner.com before
placing an order with us. These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit
to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries
from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies
with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
A Contract between the customer and Kenneth Turner Limited for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched. This does not
affect the customer's statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be
different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy, below. A delivery charge will be added to
your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges.
Your Right to Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you
will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an
exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete in original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
Making Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please:
- Clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange.
- Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to:

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
When returning items to us please retain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. Please take care
to ensure that the returned item is properly sealed and includes the original despatch note or return form.
The limitations of liability in these conditions shall apply equally for the benefit of Kenneth Turner Limited
and any other associated company of Kenneth Turner Limited as if references to Kenneth Turner Limited included references to each such associated company.
Substitution Policy for Flower Orders
Wherever possible we will always send flower orders that are as those seen on our website, Mother Nature allowing for minor differences in colour etc.
When we do have to substitute anything due to lack of availability we will always replace it with flowers of equal or higher value that will be in no way
detrimental to the overall appearance and quality of your order. Should we feel that for any reason that an order does not meet the above criteria, we will
contact you to discuss an alternative prior to delivery.
Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. All transactions are shown in
Pounds Sterling (£). All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and where appropriate
are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%.
Our Guarantee to You
Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the remaining amount. We will do our very best to work with your credit card company in order
to minimise inconvenience to you. We endeavour to display through our website all items featured in our current range. However, occasionally an item will be out
of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your Shopping Basket. The stock status of your order will also be notified to you on your order
confirmation. Please check if this statement will be true!
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change without prior notification to you. We can accept no liability
for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any times other than the estimated date for delivery.
Conformity of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour
reproduction of products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Disclaimer and Limitations of liability

or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Kenneth Turner Limited nor any associated
company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of
the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Kenneth Turner Limited or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or
consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of
