30 year old Marek Sokali bought a Maida Vale mansion flat with his brother eight years ago. But when his brother moved out to get married, and his girlfriend, 26 year old Natalia Bould, moved in, she was lumbered with his bachelor pad.

Carol, Keith and their three boys, Christopher, who’s 18, Jonathan who’s 16 and 14 year old David, had lived in a 1930s house in Chalfont for nearly 20 years. But despite all the work they had done over the last couple of decades, they were still no closer to having a home that works.

George and the Channel 4 Home Show team stepped in to save the day and the family were astounded at the result.
